Mobility Aids Information Service (MAIS) provides market information to consumers in order to promote, educate and communicate awareness of the various benefits and uses of mobility aids. Information about our service is presented via print, broadcast, home delivery and digital media channels. In order to manage and deliver this service and to provide the facility of professional care and advice we share and supply the information via an authorised stairlift practice which operates within your local postcode area.
YOUR RIGHT TO PRIVACY
We and the authorised stairlift practices we work with in your area take your privacy extremely seriously. Considerable care is taken to ensure the information we hold about you is securely protected. We will only use your information to assist in providing our service and to communicate with you. You have the right to see the information we hold about you, amend any incorrect detail and request removal of your information from our records where appropriate.

We will only collect the information we require to provide you with the information you have requested, known under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as legitimate interest.

Once we receive your request we will pass it on to the authorised stairlift practice for your area who will supply the information requested. They may then contact you by telephone, email or text message.
We may also use your data to contact you to enquire about your experience of our service or that of the authorised hearing healthcare practice for your area.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
How long we keep your information is determined by the purpose for which we use it and our obligations under other laws and regulators. We will always retain your information for 7 years after the date it is no longer needed by us unless you exercise your right to have the information erased
